ECM Vice President (Based in Hong Kong)

Responsibilities
• Report to head of ECM;
• Work closely with IBD coverage bankers, corporate finance bankers and institutional sales to manage equity deals
• Assist head to achieve strategic goals
• Assist head for the marketing and execution of ECM projects including IPO, share placements, block trades and other fund raising activities in Hong Kong and Great China region
• Help to develop professional investor relationships and broaden investors network
• Manage investment banking financing pitches, road shows, and underwriting commitments and transactions
• Internal control and comply with external regulation and practice standards
Requirements
• Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related discipline;
• 5 years or above relevant experience in ECM
In-depth experience in equity capital markets
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment in order to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
