On 29 April 2019, SPDB International acted as Financial Advisor to Geely Automobile (175.HK) for its subsidiary Zhejiang Powertrain to enter into conditional acquisition agreement with Yiwu Engines to acquire Yiwu Geely Powertrain Company Limited for a total consideration of approximately RMB 322.2 million.
