On 26 November 2019, SPDB International acted as Financial Advisor to Geely Automobile (175.HK) for its subsidiaries Shanghai Maple and Zhejiang Jirun to enter into conditional disposal agreement with Geely Industry to dispose Jinan Geely Automobile Company Limited and its subsidiary for a total consideration of approximately RMB 507.1 million.
