As a leading enterprise in China's pharmaceutical distribution segment, Eddingpharm (“Company”) is committed to introduce global high-quality medical resources into the Chinese market. After the outbreak of COVID-19, one of the Company's subsidiaries, Suzhou Ceclor Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd, is nominated as one of the key enterprises for epidemic prevention and control in Jiangsu Province. Immediately following the COVID-19 outbreak, the Company donated to the Wuhan Charity Federation 2 million RMB, specifically used to support the epidemic prevention and control of COVID-19 in Wuhan. The Company also donated 1 million RMB to the Chinese Red Cross Foundation in order to provide humanitarian assistance for the frontline healthcare workers infected with COVID-19. Vancocin, in particular, is mainly used to prevent cases of infection in hospitals and is widely used in ICUs. Itis one of the most needed drugs in the forefront of fighting COVID-19.
