Being the Joint Global Coordinator, Joint Bookrunner and Joint Lead Manager, SPDB International supported Danyang Investment Group Ltd.to issue US$220 million offshore senior unsecured bonds on December 16, 2016.Afterwards,we supported the Danyang Investment Group Ltd.to tap US$80 million offshore senior unsecured bonds on December 21, 2016.
