SPDBI invested in a Tencent-led cross-border acquisition of Supercell
SPDBI invested in the Tencent-Supercell deal in November, 2016. Supercell is a global-leading mobile game developer, and the sale is the biggest ever deal in Chinese gaming and the global Internet industry. SPDBI joined the consortium and completed the private equity investment, whilst SPD Bank provided the acquisition loan for the transaction.
