On 7 November 2017, SPDB International acted as Financial Advisor to Geely Automobile (175.HK) for its subsidiary Geely Luoyou to enter into conditional acquisition agreements with Zhejiang Geely, Shanghai Maple and Geely Holding to acquire Geely Baoji, Zhejiang Yili and Ningbo SZX for a total consideration of RMB 1.83 billion.
