SPDBI Acted as Financial Advisor to Geely Automobile (175.HK)’s Successful Establishment of the LYNK & CO Finance Cooperation Arrangemnet
On 3 November 2017, SPDB International acted as Financial Advisor to Geely Automobile (175.HK) for its subsidiary Genius Auto Finance Co Ltd. to enter into the LYNK & CO Finance Cooperation Agreement with LYNK & CO Sale, pursuant to which Genius Auto Finance Co Ltd. will provide vehicle financing services to the LYNK & CO Dealers and LYNK & CO Retail Customers to assist them in buying LYNK & CO-branded vehicles.
