SPDBI Acted as Financial Advisor to Geely Automobile (175.HK)’s Successful Disposal of LYNK & CO Auto Sales Company Limited
On 26 October 2017, SPDB International acted as Financial Advisor to Geely Automobile (175.HK)’s subsidiary –Zhejiang Jirun to enter into the Disposal Agreement with LYNK & CO Investment pursuant to which Zhejiang Jirun has conditionally agreed to dispose of the entire equity interests in the Disposal Company to LYNK & CO Investment at a cash consideration of RMB 100 million.
